Team Positions and Volunteers-Expression Of Interest

Taekwondo Australia is seeking Expressions Of Interest (EOIs) from members interested in assisting the Association by filling various positions on TA managed international sparring and poomsae teams, or as a volunteer for our highly successful Australian Open and National Championships.

Team Positions

To improve the efficiency of making team arrangements and preparing teams for international competitions, we wish to provisionally appoint the relevant team positions prior to the selection of the teams, which is usually via a selection tournament or the Taekwondo Australia Points System (TAPS). To do this we will require a short list of appropriately qualified officials who can be approached to seek their availability for the team’s tour.

It is Taekwondo Australia’s intention to guarantee that a rotational appointment system operates to ensure that we are to build a base of experienced officials from whom we are able to make the appropriate appointments as the needs arise.
The positions that we are looking to fill are: Team Managers, Team Coaches and Assistant Coaches, Team Doctor and Team Masseuse.
